We HIGHLY recommend New Day for home buying services! We had a wonderful experience with Stuart and his team during the whole process of buying our home! He was professional from start to finish and always responded in a time manner. There were a few things that came up during the process that required clarification but there are so many moving parts in this type of process that I feel it’s hard to avoid. However, they worked hard on their end to make sure we closed same day as mentioned when we started the process. I would highly suggest New Day to anyone who is looking to purchase a home without a doubt!

I closed on my second home purchase earlier today. The process started back in May with a pre-approval with New Day Mortgage. They were helpful in explaining the current application process and current mortgage loan guidelines. Having received the pre-approval in just a few days I was comfortable in beginning a home search in a different state, the state of Florida. In June, a home was identified and soon went under contract with the closing scheduled for August 4. Joe kept me informed throughout the process, document request from me was normal, and the appraisal and water test were quickly received. New Day requested $0.00 from me upfront and Joe said I would not be charged for those fees if for any reason, the loan did not close. It did close today, and I am now the proud owner of my Florida residence!

I can't say enough about how well our loan officer Steve, handled our situation. From the time I initially contacted NewDay online until I received a call from him was less than 60 seconds. And we are closing on our new home today, only 17 days after that initial contact. Whether responding quickly with answers to our questions or pushing things along in the approval process, he and his team performed well above our expectations. We highly recommend NewDay USA.
